THE KICK OFF MEETING 

The kick-off online meeting, scheduled for the second month of the project and  acilitated by the lead organization, Antalya Training and Research Hospital, will assemble all 12 project participants.


The main objectives of this Activity Pack are:
1. The coordinator will spearhead the formulation of a Communication Strategy Plan, delineating the precise roles, duties, and responsibilities of each project partner. 

2. The applicant organization will craft essential templates including invitation letters, signature lists, activity agendas, and reporting schemes. 

3. The applicant organization, in its role as the applicant, will uphold an ongoing commitment to oversight and monitoring.

The opening meeting of the project titled “Increasing Professional Orientation and Competencies of Nursing Practitioners by Using Innovative Technology” coordinated by Antalya Training and Research Hospital was held online on June 12 - 13, 2024.
