CREATION OF INNOVATIVE VOCATIONAL ORIENTATION TRAINING

The activity is a crucial component of the project aimed at increasing the vocational orientation and competencies of nursing practitioners. 
 The creation of the Innovative Vocational Orientation Training activity is a comprehensive designed to equip nursing practitioners with the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies to excel in their roles using innovative VR technology. It focuses on integrating innovation, necessary vocational skill modules, regulatory compliance, and continuous learning to elevate the vocational orientation of nursing practitioners and enhance the quality of patient care.

The main objectives of this Activity Pack are:

1. Within the scope of the activity, service procurement for VR glasses, VR simulation, and software is planned.

2. Additionally, 10 educational animations suitable for professional orientation scenarios will be added to the training content. 

3. This is important in the context of the target group's self-paced learning and access to content.In addition, 10 working days were planned for the project team to create the training content.
