WORKSHOP IN   GERMANY

Participants will delve into good practices and current practical applications in the nursing field. The innovative training context will be discussed by whole partner organizations. The content of this proposed activity encompasses a range of immersive learning experiences.



The main objectives of this Activity Pack are:


1.Participants will learn about the health system and hospital systems in Germany. 

2. Innovative approaches and best practices in nursing will be showcased, emphasizing new models of care delivery and emerging roles within the nursing profession. 

3. Participants will also engage in interactive sessions highlighting the importance of effective communication and collaboration within interdisciplinary healthcare teams. 

4. Strategies for optimizing teamwork and delivering patient-centered care will be explored. 

5. Cultural competency and sensitivity will be underscored, highlighting the significance of providing culturally sensitive care to a diverse range of patient populations. 

6. Participants will receive updates on pertinent healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to uphold the highest standards of care delivery.











The activity was completed:


The 2nd transnational meeting of the project Increasing the Professional Orientation Competencies of Nursing Practitioners by Using Innovative Technologies (INNOVONURSE), which aims to increase the competencies of nurses carried out under the coordination of Antalya Training and Research Hospital and to develop structured nursing orientation training using innovative technology, was held in Berlin, Germany on October 15-17, 2024.
