CLOSING MEETING IN TÜRKİYE
The activity serves as a platform for partners to come together and reflect on the achievements, challenges, and overall impact of the project. 

The main objectives of this activity packages are:
1The meeting will commence with a warm welcome from the host organization, providing an overview of the agenda and objectives for the day. 

2. Partners will review the initial project aim and objectives, followed by a comprehensive presentation of the achievements and outcomes obtained throughout the project's implementation. 

3. Detailed presentations will be made on the specific outcomes of the project, including advancements in vocational orientation, improvements in core competencies, and innovative teaching methods employed. 

4. Each partner will have the opportunity to share the best practices and methodologies that were particularly effective in achieving project goals. This exchange of knowledge aims to identify successful strategies for potential replication in future projects. 

5. Partners will engage in a discussion about the challenges faced and lessons learned during the project. Each partner will reflect on how participation in the project has influenced their organization.

6. A structured feedback session will be conducted to gather from all partners regarding their overall experience, satisfaction with project processes, and suggestions for improvement. 

7. This will involve discussions on integrating project outcomes into regular educational practices or planning for future collaborative endeavors.

8. Partners will review the documentation requirements for project reporting, ensuring that all necessary reports and documentation are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.


The activity was completed:
October 8-10, 2025. The INNOVONURSE closing meeting was held at the project coordinator institution Antalya Training and Research Hospital with the participation of all partners.
