TPM IN PORTUGAL
The virtual TPM activity in Portugal is designed to assess the effectiveness and impact of the vocational orientation training provided as part of the project.
This evaluation aims to gather feedback, measure learning outcomes, and identify areas for potential improvement, ensuring that the training aligns with the project's objectives. Antalya Training and Research Hospital will present the vocational orientation training outputs they have applied. This includes an overview of content, learning objectives, and interactive elements.
The main objectives of this Activity Pack are:
1. Participants, including nursing practitioners and project stakeholders, will share their feedback on the training modules.
2. They will discuss strengths, areas for improvement, and any specific challenges faced during the training.
3. A structured assessment of learning outcomes will be conducted to evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired by participants through the training.
