A structured nursing professional orientation programme was developed within the scope of the project titled ‘Increasing the Professional Orientation and Competencies of Nursing Practitioners by Using Innovative Technology’ carried out under the coordination of Antalya Training and Research Hospital within the scope of Erasmus + Small Scale Projects programme.   Train-the-trainer meetings were held on 17- 18 June 2025 to implement the programme developed for nurses who will be newly recruited to Antalya Training and Research Hospital. Brainstorming was done about the content of the programme to be implemented. Trainers were informed about their roles and responsibilities and the road map of the training to be implemented was determined.
